About us
At present we are supporting and involved in sending aid to Venezuela providing food, medicines, supplies and educational materials to the foundation and church, “Venga tu Reino”. At the same time, this foundation has a School and dinner called Samuel’s School (“Escuela de Samuel”), where around 200 children receive classes and food for free.
We are working to become an instrument of financial and logistic support through fundraising and the creation of mechanisms and programs that facilitate social work in Venezuela in such a way that is sustainable and lasting over time.
History
In a country where $ 8 a month is earned, families die of hunger.
A 4.5 million Venezuelans eat once a day and sometimes twice. Thousands of children dig through the garbage to get food.
And dozens die every week in health centers due to malnutrition and lack of medicines. The school’s drop-out rate has taken a jump of 30% and it is estimated that by 2018 about 280,000 children will die undernourished.
Venezuela is going through difficult times, times of hunger, uncertainty and pain; today you and I can make a difference for those families, children and adolescents and remind them, “Venezuela is not alone”.
